In November 2013, at age 39, I attempted my first ‘Fun Run’ since I was a teenager.
I soon discovered my fitness level wasn’t what I thought it was.
My failure to complete the run without a ‘walk’ led to a determination to get my fitness sorted before I reached 40.
In February 2014 I set out a series of goals and made the commitment to ensure I met the challenge.
This blog was started in July 2014 to share my methods for setting and achieving my fitness goals, as well as other associated ramblings of my experiences, where somewhere along the line I have really started to enjoy running.
